Pricing

Customers/Clients: All of the prices shown on the home page of this website are "base", or "starting at" prices which are negotiated according to the conditions of each transportation service request.  These prices can, therefore, be more or less accordingly. These prices are also going to be the same regardless of payment method; there is no extra fees for credit or discounts for cash.

Affiliates: Affiliates are other transportation companies that book this company for transportation service. The prices shown on the home page of this website provide the basis for those bookings as well.

Tips / Gratuity

Customers/Clients: Though appreciated, tips are entirely voluntary and will never be required or included in the price. 

Affiliates: The price agreed upon between this company and affiliate companies does not include tips for the driver and this company will not disclose any tip transactions between the driver and passengers to affiliate companies. If an affiliate company agrees upon an added tip in their negotiation with their customers/clients, this company does not recognize that as our driver's tip unless that amount is discussed and passed on to this company.

Reservation Guarantee

Customers/Clients: Any transportation service that is arranged in advanced and paid in full will be guaranteed at the time of payment. Without full payment no reservation can be held or guaranteed. This also means that if the time, location and type of vehicle agreed upon is not fulfilled by this company the customer/client will be reimbursed in full. In other words this company will have the specified type of vehicle at the pick-up location at the specified time or the customer/client will receive a full refund. If the driver is late by any margin, the customer/client can elect to continue with the agreed upon price if they don't wish to make other arrangements for transportation.

Affiliates: Any affiliate company that books this company for transportation service will be guaranteed that vehicle type, location and time frame at the time of payment. Without full payment no reservation can be held or guaranteed. This also means that if the time, location and type of vehicle agreed upon is not fulfilled by this company the affiliate company will be reimbursed in full. In other words this company will have the specified type of vehicle at the pick-up location at the specified time or the affiliate company will receive a full refund. If the driver is late by any margin, the affiliate company can elect to continue with the agreed upon price if they don't wish to make other arrangements for transportation.

Cancelation Policy

Customers/Clients: Reservations can be canceled up-to 24 hours before the time of pick-up for an almost full refund (full price minus an administration fee of  $15-$50). Reservations canceled within 24 hours of pick-up or no-shows are subject to 50% refund or no refund at all depending on circumstances. In cases of flight delays, reroutes or cancelations this policy can be adapted or waved depending on the circumstances.

Affiliates: Bookings made by an affiliate company can be canceled up-to 48 hours before the time of pick-up for an almost full refund (full price minus an administration fee of  $15-$50). Reservations canceled within 48 hours of pick-up or no-shows are subject to 50% refund or no refund at all depending on circumstances.

Flight Reroutes or Cancelations

Customers/Clients: Colorado airports are notorious for inclement weather that can cause flights to be delayed, rerouted or even canceled. This company, including every driver, will maintain weather and flight information for every pick-up and in the event of any change in your flight status the above cancelation policy must be adapted to the situation on a case-by-case basis up to an almost full refund (full price minus an administration fee of  $15-$50). Sometimes the driver can just wait a little longer. Other times there will have to be significant adjustment to charges and/or itinerary. Your driver will stay in close touch to make sure we can provide the best possible service to make your trip as painless as possible. This can result in extra charges.

Affiliates: In the event of a complete cancellation of a customer's flight OR a reroute that could not be accommodated by this company's driver, the above cancelation policy must be adapted to the situation on a case-by-case basis up to an almost full refund (full price minus an administration fee of  $15-$50). However, if the affiliate company is able to accommodate a change in flight status for at least partial payment from the customer, this company must be consulted  for any additional service and/or payment negotiation.
